second marraige with registration

Hi, my frnd was in love they both wants to marry but due to some reasons that guy got married with another girl before 3 months which is not registered now they both my frnd and his lover wants to get second marriage with registration is it possible

Registration of marriage will not legalise the second marriage.

The guy should get divorced officially in a court of law. this process will take a minimum of 1 year. Thereafter he can marry your friend.

please note that if the guy/girl are hindu's, then second marriage during the life time of the wife is illegal.

please advise your friend to look again at all of the options and choose the one that she decides as the best recourse to her in long term. .

It would be illegal and can send him behind bars if your friend proceed to marry second time without giving divorce to first wife.

Let them Marry and Go to Jail and You being the Organiser you could also join them as V.I.P.Guest.
