i have a 2nd marriage i have a daughter who is 16 yrs old .i would like to know about the rifhts of a step daughter over property and money matters

No rights, unless adopted, then the rights are same as of real daughter.

The daughter of your second wife, born to her first husband, will not have any rights in your property.
