Marriage in temple even if not registered is valid and legal.
You can be in trouble at any time. You may not able to get legally married status in this marriage.
Your previous husband can create troubles for you as you have not divorced him .

Forget it, concentrate on your present married life, first marriage can definitely create problems, big in size, but life itself is an exam,
So, don't worry,
You only have a concern not query so no answer

You were already married and hence could not marry without getting divorced from 1st marriage.

Your first marriage is still valid and legal whereas you have invited problem for yourself by marrying again without obtaining legal divorce, which is illegal and invalid, reasons best known to you only.
In order to protect yourself from the clutches of law, obtain a decree of divorce from your (first) marriage and live peacefully, however, in this period declare present (second) status as live-in relation but not married.

In other thread also it is suggested to obtain divorce.
Your husband has also remarried.
