Second marriage

Dear all experts,

can wife publish in news papers as public notice thru lawyer, saying that if some body married him will be punishable reg husband trying for second marriage secretly during divorce is running filed by husband himself only almost 18 months back

kindly suggest and help

Yes Why Not. Consult a Local Good Advocate.Even a Police Complaint Regarding the Same against Husband is Advised and Do Not Fail to Obtain FIR regarding the Same.Also Have an amicable meeting and Take Steps to Rejoin Him Since your Query it self Proves your Love For Him.

if husband marries during subsistence of earlier marriage he will be guilty of bigamy . you can file criminal complaint against your husband . no need to issue public notice . just keep tabs on your husband

The husband is liable anyway for bigamy if he does so.

Thanks a lot for your early response but husband not willing to live together and also threating wife accept divorce he only says i am going to do second marriage what ever you want u can do

No need of public notice, wife has to gather proofs of second marriage, if done and proceed.

For this there is no need for paper publication. Keep rack on him and if he is found to have been cohabiting with another woman he can be booked u/s 494, 497 IPC.
