Second Marriage without Divorce

Dear experts,

I have query.
1. What proof I need to provide in court regarding the employment of wife. Is it enough to provide the name of company? Also do I have a right to visit her office directly and get employment copy from her HR department? If they deny providing me her details even though she works there, then what next step should I take? Please advice.

Mere providing the name of company is not enough. if you could not produce any documents like offer letter/salary slip etc, you can summon the employer in court to prove employment of your wife.

Hardik ji appointment order and payment details in bank account shows that she is working and getting income.
How to get document ?? In private organisation they definitely try to deny you the same.
There are different ways to get it. Every body have some kind of need if u satisfy them u will get the document.

Summon the HR of the company to give facts.

Also summon the Income Tax department Assistant regarding her income and tax return.

You can submit her salary slip if you can produce.
