Second Marriage without Divorce

Dear expert,

I have filed an appeal in court against the ailmony order against me.

But also I want to ask you a query, what is a punishment for a man( who is not divorced) if he gets married to a woman, who is living away from her husband for almost 4-5 years without having any communication?

Please tell me consequences.

A Complaint from Wife of the Concerned Husband And Husband of the Concerned Wife Could Land them In Trouble.Try to sort it Out amicably and both of them Could go for Mutual consent divorce which could be completed in 6 month.There is Nothing Called second Marriage with out Divorce and It Is Illegal Relationship.Ultimate Sufferers would be the Children Of both the Families.

Sir, wife is not ready to divorce without taking 25 lakh, I don't have that much amount. She asked this amt in mediation centre. I have filed for divorce, but nothing concrete yet. Please suggest what's best?

It is believed that you are Hindu.

Hindu can not remarry during subsistence of valid marriage.

Your own counsel must have advised you on it and consequences of bigamy/adulterous relations.............

If MCD is not possible after all efforts, contested divorce is option.
