Second motion-procedure

After 6 months of first motion of mutual consent based on mou, what process is to be followed exactly for second motion?Is it so that again papers are filed now just like done in first motion and then court gives a date?

I am clueless about what to be done now that 6 months are complete ?Does lawyer need to do anything or Would court automatically give a date when we shall go to court for sec motion?do they publish a list ?

No paper is required to be filed on that day. Both parties have to appear with their lawyers and have to make their statements that their still want divorce and thus court initiates next proceeding. Some courts decide the case on the same day and some take some more time to decide.
