when u have asked the question i must interpret that dialogue on my profile.a lawyer is particular about any fact a judge in my view is general about facts that is why many lawyers ask many questions before taking any step e.g sir i want to file a suit to whom i should make etc....i want to be lawyer but dont want to commit mistakes.

error is human and the practice perfects. Normally the question you asked is dealt under the FAMILY, APPELLATE and REVISIONAL COURT in exercising the matrimonial dispute/offences.
