2)My wife filed a false dowry case,DV case & Interim maintance now again she filed a section 125 crpc case by one or the other she is harrasing me like anything.What is this section 125 crpc already she had asked for maintance then what is this.
2)My wife filed a false dowry case against me i want to file a case under dowry prohibition act section 3.What this section says & whether it is help ful for me.

Ultimately it will terminate in one maintenance,they are showing the empowerment as young show on bikes.

125 is only to protect neglected wife and children from starving, and it was limited to Rs. 500 p.m. earlier, and changed to discretion of Court .
All other maintenance during pend-ency of Suit or cr case, will consider the earlier pad maintenance order, so no worry.
Dowry cases 98% lopt/ & everybody knows it is false case, True cases do not come to court. , though there are. You only have ton face it for few years.
I do not advise you to file counter cases. It is useless.

One has to suffer, for a mistake of choice of wife, and their family. !

It depends upon the Magistrate whether to adjust the maintenance of DV Case with 125 case or not.
If she has admitted in writing about giving dowry then you can surely file case under DP Act .
