This query is : Resolved
I have been deserted by my inlaws & my matrimonial house. so from last 2 months iam living with my parents. My inlaws and my husband has not shown any interest to take me back, no calls nothing, they have totally stopped the communication. So i have taken admission in MBA, but during admission process i have not shown that iam married, and on the form i have written iam single, as i was scared that people will make fun about me and will talk wrong. But now as my husband is not showing any kind of interest to accept me back, i have filed a case of section 125 crpc for maintenance. As iam completely dependant on my parents, and iam a student, not working. so in this case my marital status which i have filled on my MBA admission form will effect the case ???? i won't be eligible for maintenance ???? Can court make an issue of this ???? please tell me

Marriage Certificate is sufficient to prove your marital status. So It will not affect.

No it will not effect.. but it shows your conduct towards your matrimony.
i didnt understand that why have you filled maintenance u/s 125 instead of restitution of conjugal rights...

Though You are entitled for relief under 125. But concealment of fact in admission form may be harmful for you in future. You should take initiative to correct this.

Thankyou so much. @ Mr Akhilesh kumar i tried for reconciliation first, through Director of social justice & welfare, but my inlaws have breached that counselling decision, instead of calling and accepting me back, my mother in law went and lodged a false complained against me that i have threatened them etc, which is false. So after all that i have filed a case on 125 crpc, because my inlaws are in no mood to take me back lovingly. and next is we didn't had a registry marriage,so on all official documents i use my previous sir name. I haven't concealed about my marriage on admission form is just because most probably my marriage will break now, so i don't want my degree as MRS,i will get my degree in 2012 so by that time my marriage will dissolve,so i ll be no more a MRS. Rest their is no other reason. If my inlaws are not ready to take me back, then i have to start my life in a new way. so please tell me now...i think its not a crime or anything illegal if i have not written that iam married. so now please let me know if still there is some problem ????

And one more question you said that concealment of fact on admission form can be harmful for me in future . how can it be harmful ????? i just didn't wanted to spoil my degree, and didn't wanted MRS before my name.I have tried my best to keep this marriage, lot of sms, emails n evrything but my husband didn't cooperate, so whats my fault ??? Iam not greedy for money , the thing is its my husband and inlaws who have spoiled this marriage due to their negative intensions, not me. i have given you the reason now please explain. Am i still answerable ????
