Section 138 - cheque dishonour

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 21 April 2010 This query is : Resolved 
I had filed a criminal case for cheque dishonour.

On the first hearing the magistrate took a surety bond and Rs. 10,000/- from the accused.

The magistrate has fixed another date, two months from now for the next hearing

Can someone please state what will happen in the next hearing.

You will be given copies of the complaint and quetioned with regard to it. Then trial will commence.
