Dear Sirs,

Fact:-Limitation Act applies to SARFAESI action initiated by the Bank.

Query:-what is the limtation period prescribed for moving an application u/s 14 of SARFAESI before CMM/DM.Further when/where Limitation period starts running from?.

After serving demand notice to borrower, there is no time limit prescribed within which bank could take symbolic possession or physical possession (taking assistance of C.M. Magistrate u/s 14 of the Act)in the Act
