Section 143 in up

hi,
i am having agriculture land , so how can i change to residential land.
some one told me that u can apply for section 143, because its cheap . So my question is how to apply for 143 what are the document i needed to get done. and how long it will take to get done pls replay asap

Abhineet! You are required to avail the services of any local lawyer for this purpose as documents requirement changes from State to State in India.

In Up UPZA Act lays this provision under which a petition would be required to be moved before SDM concerned.

You need to engage a revenue lawyer.

it would depnd upon how many years it takes for case to get over . it may not be possible for lawyer to charge on lumpsum basis as even he dosent know when case would be disposed of

If well followed then 3 to 6 months.

Charges in revenue court depends on density of corruption with in campus.

there is one thing which i would like to ask when i get 143 done, than can i sell property by making houses or flat to customer?
