need urgent rulling for the following fact:
in a contested divorce suit, where both the party consented for dissolution of their marriage then there is no need to prove the ground/s of the divorce taken in the said suit.

In India concept of no fault divorce has not taken legal approval, till then grounds of divorce has to be submitted.

No. decree on consent can never be granted unless their is admission of fact alleged. Admission of relief does not entitle court to pass decree on admission.
