Daughter taken forceful possession on parents property.Parents not willing to transfer property to their married daughter . Parents files suit for recovery of possession and mesney profit and won . To under pressure them she filed a case u/s 354 against their only son.Matter is before MM(Mahila Court).Daughter spoiling carrier and reputation of her married brother only to grab the property . Brother wants speedy trial because his sister delaying matter . Please help.

Ask your lawyer to file an application for speedy trial if the matter is going slow.
