Section 494 & 498 of crpc

my first wife has filed case of 494 & 498 of crpc act and i out for bail, case is going on in the couurt.Am i elegible for 2nd marriage if divorce case is not filed and case result is not yet given. please suggest.

NO YOU WILL BE IN DEEP TROUBLE IF YOU GET MARRIED SINCE IT WILL STRENGHTEN HER CASE, ANYWAYS WHO ADVISED YOU SUCH A THING, YOU WILL BE VOILATING BOTH THE LAW UNDER FAMILY LAW AS WELL AS IPC.

Till the court pass decree for dissolution of your marriage you cannot marry again.
Convince your present wife to settle the matter in Lok adalath if you need urgent solution.

it is not possible to convince my wife to settle the matter, how long will it take to pass the decree for dissolution of marriage by the court considering the case filed by my wife against me u/s 494 & 498 of crpc.
