KIndly advise any Supreme court rulings for condonation of delay for 10 years in claiming WCAct? So, that the Commissioner W.C does not reject the claim case.THANKS.

There are aplenty.
The authority in this regard is state of w.b vs. howrah municipality-air197sc749 where the court first directed to interpret 'sufficient cause' in most liberal manner.
air1984sc1744,1987sc1353 should be sufficient for you.
