Section 65b evidence act

(Querist) 11 October 2013 This query is : Resolved 
dear sir,
i have a problem that excise department make liability of excise duty upon me based on the scanned bills and they resumed the hard disk without computer can you resolve my problem: that is the evidence of printouts from that hard disk which was resumed without computer are admissible in evidence and evidence act works for excise laws or not.
