Sir, Can I file an application before the ld seasson judge under section 7A of Juvenile justice Act while hereing an application u/s 438 of crpc? Whether in that case it is mandatory to dispose the 7A petion first and then consider the application of 438? Is there any decission of the upper courts in this regard?

If there is no ambiguity in the age of the accused person then you can move such application before the Board itself.

My point is whether the application can be filed in relation to 438 crpc also?
whether it is mandetory for the court to dispose the 7A petition first?
Is there any decission of any upper Courts in this regard?
