Sir,
My son has filed Secton 9 to take back her wife two days before. My lawyer has not filed PF. Yesterday, we got threatened message by somebody from my daughter in law side. Now we dont want to proceed in section 9 case. We want to withdraw the same. Can we withdraw section 9 or if lawyer does not file pf, what will happen or if my son does not appear in the court on next date, what will happen. kindly guide.

A si can be withdrawn at any point of time.
However during withdrawal your son needs to be physically present.

Dear Querist
withdrawal is your right, you can withdraw any time, if pf has not filed, the court have power, either dismiss the case or give opporunity to file PF

Just because you got threatened message by somebody from my daughter in law side, u want to withdraw Sec 9 RCR!!

Do not withdraw. Let DIL bargain to settle matter.

u can withdraw RCR any time it u so desire.

Although to continue or to withdraw is liberty of a petitioner,but just for moment
do not withdraw.
