Why you file for RCR u/s 9 HMA, which stupid advocate advised you for it? If you're wife was already seeking divorce from you, let her take it and dissolve the marriage.
When you ask for divorce by mutual consent her demand for permanent alimony and maintenance will arise that you can't stop her as her advocate will like to have his meaty share in the amount.
You creat trouble yourself by meeting wrong local lawyers who misguided people like you and when in trouble you seek free legal consultancy from experts.

Your lawyer is well aware about the facts and circumstances of the case(s) seek his services.
It would be stupidity to seek second opinion and advise except the fact it is available FREE OF COST, however, it may spoil your case due to availability of limited information.

Unbelievable. Your story reflects more artificiality than any reality. For instance, your salary is only 20,000, but you gave Rs. 3 Lakhs to your wife, while you did not make any mention for what purpose you gave that money to her. Further, you have call recording between your wife and doctor and her lawyer also. Is not it surprising that you could get all that very easily? BUT HOW YOU COULD MANAGE ALL THAT SO EASILY, WHEN YOUR WIFE IS PROVING AN ENEMY FOR YOU? Have you all along been with your wife, when she talked with the doctor and her lawyer at all the occasions?

Not only that, you have some serious case against you, but instead of engaging some lawyer for fighting the case, you have taken the matter in a very casual manner at this forum to seek help of the experts, BUT WHAT TYPE OF HELP YOU EXPECT FROM THE EXPERTS HERE IS NOT CLEAR.

Although you have exaggerated your story beyond the limits of reality, but simple formula for you is to exercise one of the following two options amicably without hurting the sentiments of each other with fake grounds against each other:
(1) Patch up honourably; OR (2) Take mutual consent divorce to part with each other.

If not, she may or may not suffer much, you are definitely destined to get ruined for life in apparently dv & dowry cases when started in courts of law.

Choice is yours.
