This query is : Resolved
I need judgments to support my plea in a case where in a contract (having arbitration clause), terms and conditions are not fulfilled, Application U/s 9 is moved for praying grant of Injunction order (not to terminate contract and not to give contract of construction to other vendor). Injunction cannot be ordered by court in such case where terms are not fulfilled by party claiming injunction order.
Thanks..

Nobody would like to waste huge lot of precious time in hitting in the dark without specific backgrounds. Moreover, as an advocate, you must understand clearly that each and every judgment is based on differently specific grounds and circumstances, and cannot be made applicable universally to each and every other case unless grounds and circumstances are similar in nature.
You will have to put in your own efforts in making search, as per the nature, grounds and circumstances of your case. That would also help you realise how much time is wasted in search of any appropriate judgment that may suit the individual case.

With all due respect to all L.d members. I had carried out search on my own(i.e.Archcon v. Sewda construction co. 2005 (1) RAJ (Gauh.) But I wanted more specific judgment. So I posted this query which is specific on the question of law (terms and conditions are not fulfilled by party). I really apologise in case I have offended anyone.

Dear Sahil,
A question of commonsense arises, when nobody out of us knows the specific terms & conditions of the agreement and nature of breach of any specific clause of the agreement and under what circumstances, how you can expect us to get more specific judgment, when even knowing yourself about the same, you have not been able to lay hands on any such more specific judgment?
