My marriage was held on March-2014. From last two months, she is staying at her parents house. She has filed 498, DV, Cr PC 125 against me n my family. After marriage, i was living with my parents. After all dispute/case, I am living separate from my parents.
My advocate has filed section 9 against her.I am ready to take her with me. She wants to stay at my parents home. she don't want to stay with me separately because she want to harass my senior citizen parents.

As per my knowledge, she do not want to live with me but she want to harass me n take money from me.
What Shall i do? How to get out from this situation?

you can conduct the case, and you state before the court for separation.

Then you should have filed suit for divorce than RCR.

No divorce lies as marriage is very recent one (less than one year). Apply for anticipatory bail to ward off any arrest on the complaint filed by her. Continue RCR suit.

Thanks to all for suggestion...my wife will not come with me if court ordered for living with me.. she always said about money n jewelry but i dont have her jewelery and money. so what shall i do?

in your reply to her demand mention that all her jewellery is in her possession .

IF i will win RCR then shall i do quashing of 498a?
she has mentioned that in RCR answer that
1. she has no problem/dispute with me earlier n even now also
2. she will forgive all the past things and start new life
but she want money n jewelry.
can i quash 498A based on her RCR answer?

outcome of RCR has no nexus with 498A case.
