My husband is A1 in the case after knowing that N.b.w IS PENDING ON HIM DID NOT CARED TO attend the court from 2005 to 2010. he came in the year of 2010. f. now my case came to the argument i want to put in front of the court by bringing the recall pition which is filed by an advocate on behalf o f him. that my husband is having a complete knowledge about the case then to he did not cared to attend the court. is there any section to prove his guilty.

That particular is not going to help you anyway.
The trail of a case is a very arduous process and a person is held guilty only if the offence alleged is proved beyond doubt.
So wait till the trail starts.

Whether or not he is guilty can be proven after the trial is completed. He was absent is no ground for treating him as guilty.
