seeking copies of RTI applications and information provided.

My cousin has been making RTI applications with long narrative stories mainly with aim to defame me,Instead of being specific of information required by him.also he has been seeking lot of personal information which is fiduciary in nature. My employer has been providing all the information without my consent to him.
Now for me to take action against him of filing defamation case i wish to have copies of RTI applications made by him as well as information provided to him by my employer.can i make an RTI application to my employer seeking copies of RTI applications made by my cousin and information provided to him by my employer.
Can you please guide me on this. And also various options open to me for taking legal actions.
