Seeking your advice weather i do complaint of advocate with bar council.

(Querist) 20 June 2012 This query is : Resolved
I was implicated in bogus cheque bounce case , private illegal money lender in greed of grab of our shop and money . Advocate is brother in law of money lender , Money Lender tactfully / enforce from me cheque & misused . Money lender created debt by showing he had given me loan by bearer cheque. I have enough proof of money lending with out license.
From more than 8 years matter is in Court, Money Lender & Advocate hiding & misguiding the Court, I wish to take advise from you that weather I bring all these facts to Bar Council for unethical ways of Advocate.I feel that it is necessary to stop roguishness of money lender & Advocate .

Nothing to inform Bar Council against the Advocate in the above stated facts. You may file a complaint before police. If police fail to take appropriate action, you may approach to the criminal court.Hire a good lawyer.

Dear Dayal,

Money lender will be after his money and will try to grab it by any means.Whether his advocate is related to him or not is immaterial as far as the case is concerned. What has been your advocate doing all these 8 years. The money lender will expect the case to conclude asap, why will he delay te process willfully. Its only the accused who will try to drag on the case as far as 138 cases are concerned.Forget about action against the opp. advocate and concentrate on defending your case and win it.

Dear Querist
you can not do anything against the advocate,if you have sufficient evidence regarding money lendring you can file a criminal complaint against him. if you think that they are mislead the court you can easily file an application before the court and raise your question on liability.
