Seized vehicle without seizure memo/list...

i was arrested along with my scooty. i was bailed out but when im applying for my scooty to take back from the police custody, no seizer list/memo was perpared by the police and it seems that they intentionally refused to prepare the documents in order to have the same. so this is the situation, how do i approach the court to take out my vehicle. Is there any decision of the apex court in connection with the case.

you know where your vehicle in so you filed recovery petition to the court and get release.

if property is in custody of police official without seizure then it is a case of theft.
