Selling agriculture plot

(Querist) 12 July 2012 This query is : Resolved
My grandfather transferred an agriculture land to my father in 1987. Four years back my uncle filed a case against us that my father had present someone else as his father and got the land transferred. We had 4 more peoples with us as witness and three of them are alive. We are still fighting the case in district court, Gurgaon, Harayana.

Somedays ago a man approached us and asked that he can make the court decision in your favour. But he put a comndition that after judgement we need to sell this plot to him and need to fix the selling price before he start the process. We understand that he will be going to bribe the magistrate or other authority, in order to make the judgement in our favour. But we want to know that is doing all this could bring any harm to us while selling the plot even after the judgement in our favour.

Please advice.

Is there any other registered deed executed by your grand father which is admitted to both parties,if so, then comparing the same with disputed by an expert shall solve the problem as two different thumb impression can never resemble is the natural law.

For other things i do not propose to say any thing as that does not demand legal advise.

This person is not demanding anything from us before judgement. His only motive is to sell the plot to him after the judgement.
