Our ancestral property is in thane but now my grandfather owns half property and my grandfather's uncle own the other half of it...property is still undivided that means all have their names on it ...it was just verbally divided long ago...now my question is can we sell our share of half without the consent of other half owner if yes than how

all the legal of heirs of your grand-father can dispose the 1/2 share of the property. it shall be mentioned in the sale/transfer deed that you are having 1/2 share in the entire ancestral property. it is sufficient for registration purpose.

No, You won't be able to sell the part portion of the property if the share is legally undivided and no legal partition has been executed. You have to get the partition done legally with registered agreement or while selling you have to mention the names of the other parties as consenting party.
