Is Senior Citizen Act 2007 Implimented in Chhattisgarh State?

There is no different procedure to file a case for senior citizen. Your case will be treated as senior citizen case and priority will be given.

Rajeev! The law for the maintenance for the senior citizen has changed. They shall have to file a petition before SDM (executive and not before judiciary) as this process is very short.

This has also been notified in Chhatisgarh.
