NJS Rajkumar ji,

Reality and fiction are two different poles of life. Question arises, how many parents or senior citizens know the law or go to the police station or court to get the juniors reminded about their moral responsibility?

In such cases, duty has to be reminded scornfully to most of the young, as everything is not taken automatically by all and also cannot be managed without spending money. Most of the poor people suffer due to forgetfulness of the younger generations or being ignorant about law or being unable to spend money to drag them to the court of law.

These duties always remain a close secret, as hidden in law books, but never circulated among the common people.

Well Senior Advocate/Senior Expert Mr Dhingra Ji It all depends on the Parents who had grown up their Children.Parents of these days should realize just spending for children doesn't get their responsibility completed.Today's World in how many houses we can find Grand Parents living with Grand children. Most of the Grand Parents were made to settle in Homes. So obviously it gets repeated to them the Parents. In kerela I attended a funeral of my Friend's relative. The relative who passed away was a Lady and her son was in US.When the Son was informed about it He had said he will not be able to attend. He could have stopped with that ,further he asked the relatives to take the Video Recordings of the Funeral and Send it to him Just for the Reason that his friends in US had Not Seen an Hindu Funeral.Mr.P.S.Dhingra Ji It is also our Duty to Make the Senior Citizens to be aware of their Rights Please.

No Education would be Complete with out the Teachings of Morals in Life.

Dear NJS Rajkumar,

Ultimately, even your own observance reveals that the seniors' welfare depends at the mercy of juniors and doctors, may be due to lack of education, morals, ignorance, and ultimately lack of adequate resources with the elders to bring to task the erring juniors through the lengthy process of the courts of law.

That is why, I talked about reality, not the fiction what is prescribed in law books without spread of knowledge and availability of resources with the seniors, particularly when they get totally debilitated due to their age related ailments at the fag end of their life, when they need much more attention of the juniors.

Though this is irrelevant post in this reference till I post.

Taking care of parents is away from any formula, attitude of brother / sisters is different. No formula of rich / poor, educated / uneducated, urban / rural, white / black is universal in this context.

Thanks Senior Expert/Senior Advocate Mr.P.S,Dhingra Ji.

It would be better if the expert would have posted / contributed for the thread rather to go on posting just to satisfy his ego / irritation / frustration.
