yiou can also approach the supreme court legal service committee .

as per my informatio, you can't directly appoint senior advocate.

you have to engage an advocate on record in supreme court to file case . he can argue your case or you can brief a counsel for arguments . i suggested kiran kumar name as he must be coversant with suprem court procedure as he apopears in supreme court too

It is very dificult to oppose any name put forth by any expert, however, there are plenty of such lawyers working in Apex Court with reasonable fee. Querist can ask this question by sending PM to any expert.
