MANY CITATIONS, LACK OF TIME DO NOT PERMIT TO SEND IT, JUST SEARCH NET & YOU WILL GET IT.

Divorce cannot be granted on this ground alone.

demanding sepereate residence is not refusal to cohabitation.

Wife has no legal obligation to look after your paretns-in-law. Indian women cutting across religious barriers do so gratituously or as accepted social norm.

I differ with ld. Sudhir Kumar, in certain judgments it has been held that it amounts to cruelty, but then this ground alone may not be sufficient.
