Dear Mr. Das,

The jurisdictional heirarchy of courts cannot be disturbed under the scheme. Cases can be filed only in the concerned competent Court/Tribunal of jurisdiction as per the existing laws/ Constitutional provisions. The society is meant only for providing legal services to the middle income group citizens i.e. citizens whose gross income is not exceeding Rs.60,000/- p.m. or Rs. 7,50,000/- at a subsidised rates, as per the schedule of fees prescribed in the Middle Income Group Scheme of the society.
