sir,
i am a central govt servant,working in space research department.i did completed my LLB Degree from Bangalore university using my EL/CL but without obtaining permission from my employer because i want to write judicial service exam and my age was 29 and my employer does not give permission up to three years of service.
pls advice me CAN I APPLY FOR PCS-J JUNIOR DIVISION EXAM?IS THERE WILL BE ANY LEGAL PROBLEM ?ANY SUPREME COURT VERDICT IS AVAILABEL FOR THE ABOVE PROBLEM? PLS HELP ME

You can apply for the post.You can resign the present post on your selection .You may have to face problem if you route the application through proper channel.Think positively.

You can be booked both by the University as well as the Employer for the concealment and suppression.
Will you term yourself as good-doer?
How will you prove your case under bona-fide.
There are many technicalities attached to your case.
Just do your service, it is in the interest of yourself to avoid the problems.

You already created a problem for yourself by posting this query. The action your part amount to concealment of fact. I agree with Mr. Grover, Just keep quite and do not disclose this fact to any one in future.
