Any training before joining service is not counted as service. Only trainings attended during service period are treated as part of service.

once you have been recruited in any Govt. Job and after that you have been sent for any Trainig your service wil be counted from Date of recruitment and not from date of completion of your training

Dear Manoj,

For your kind information, any induction training, except in the case of IAS & Allied Services, as conducted before appointment to a post does not count as service. Service starts from the date the trainee actually starts working on the post on which he is appointed after completion of service. During training, the trainee is given a stipend, as training allowance, and not salary of the post for which he is recruited.
