there is any difference in formate of s.t. return if file by a service providers or file by service receiver under revers charges.

In existing Return Form ST 3 under column A2 (i) and (ii)person filing return has to declare whether filing as service provider or as receiver of service. Return Form for period 01.07.2012 is under revision in view of changes including of reverse charge
