How to do settlement of ancestral property.

How have rights (grandmother or father) to do that?If grandfather died,

what proofs needed.

You may partition the property amongast all the coparcenrs of the HUF. The partition deed should mention clearly the sahre of each coparcener. In case the an.property consists immoveable property the deed should be compulsorily registered wihth the Sub Registrar. The deed should also be properly stamped in either case.

in this property first, the property partition among your grandmother and their children.
and then among share of your father you can get your equal share.

this all take place in one partition case.
