Settlement of pending dues to an extent of 3.69lkhs from the company

I have been the stockists/dealer for wipro consumer care and lighting since 22years. schems/discounts offered by sales personel of company has not been comepnsated. Rejected bulbs has not been replacd. Un ordered items have been sent forcibly repeatedly taking the advantage of D.D. that I use to give in advance as they were requesting assuring settlement of claims. The company sales personel have failed in marketing the pending stcoks so sent. Hence the same has been returned to company along with rejected bulbs. Due to this amount to an extent of 3.69lakhs is pending from the comapany. Now rigouresly I am persuing with company to settle claims.Now,sales personel not only stopped requesting for D.D. and also not responding to my letters. Under such circumstances I am under the feeling that, the company staff have cheated me for acheiving target to please their higher authorities. In this regard, I need experts suggetsion to proceed stagewise.
