After issuing the relieving order to an employee weather he is liable to pay for loss or damages of the company.when he is asking is pending salary through labor office

When once a "Relieving Order" was issued by the Employer, the employee is no way connected any liability/liabilities.

If relieving letter does not contain such condition, not liable.

If the relieving letter contains pre-condition of the liabilities found on the later stage, it will be legal to claim damages.
