Dear Sir,
kindly advice that, the matter of 498a is pending under the court of law but father in law came from jharkand state to my local place and he is arranging some people to give me threatening on my mobile to come in to compromise the case 498a as he desire.
he is blackmailing me to give several threatening by different people.
Case is already chargesheeted by police but my bail is pending.
Sir, Suggest what action against him is to be taken immediately

Gather proofs of threatening, blackmailing etc. Record the mobile / telephonic conversation. Inform the police for blackmailing etc. If police does not hear, lodge fIR through Court.

Lodge Police Complain with details and durations of call.
U might have been threatened to bow down to their Demand or they will kill you. Complain for money extortion, demanding illegaly.
