You need to defend. Counter-case could be effective in criminal proceedings, but not necessarily in in-house or departmental proceedings.

Defend effectively for the cases against you.
If you have grounds for counter, discuss with your lawyer first.

You can make use of the photos, videos, etc.,while defending before the Departmental Sexual Harassment Committee. In the absence of factual details, nothing further can be said at this stage.

Usually corporate committees mind the interest of the corporate and image perception in such matters.
If any adverse decision is taken it shall have adverse bearing in your future.
Therefore it shall be certainly better if you discuss the matter with all record that you have with an able counsel well versed with such matters and proceed further under expert guidance.

What has been the triggering " cause of action" which has been concluded as sexual harassment by your gf. The crux of the allegations made by her and your suggested defence has to be made known to the Experts of this forum to assess the case on merits. Your gf would not have invited scandal and adverse publicity unless she had a sufficient case to put the Office authorities in the loop. Sexual harassment of a lady clleague at work place could lead to unpleasant consequences unless forcefully rebutted supported by the documentary evidence available with you. If every step was taken with the consent of your gf then that too could be good defence for you as per thre princile of :" VOLENTI NON FAIT INJURIA" Like for boxing , the bouts are purely voluntary and the opponent cannot be held guilty of having caused you injury/harm as the boxing bout( the ACTIVITY) was purely voluntary - i,e with the consent of both the parties.

It is presumed that your gf has filed a complaint to the officials of the company. In such a case defend your case during the course of enquiry.
