Dear sir / madam,
Just now I have built one house in municipal city limit.( This land I bought last 2003 ) But I did not get building approval. Now municipal staff saying, you have to get approval with in one month or else we destroy your house like this. And they are not give the property tax..
Question:
1. Every body shall to get approval to municipal?
2. If not get approval, they what will do?
3. They have rights to destroy my home?

THEY HAVE TO ISSUE A NOTICE FOR DEMOLITION. YOU CAN GET STAY ORDER FROM CIVIL COURT . Consult local Architect, He will properly guide and do the needful.
Any illegal constructions can be destroyed by Municipal authority. broken down

You have done a wrong act which you have chance to get regularized otherwise municipal authorities have legal right as threatened by its staff.
