Share certificate

Hi My query is I have purchased a flat in 2009 at that time the society had not issued the share certificate to its members. Now in 2011 they are issuing the share certificate in the name of the old flat owners as well as ours is it correct or what is the format of issuing the share certificate.

1) name of original owners will be reflected in share certificate
2) any subseqent transfer of shares will be reflected in back of share certificate

On getting the share certificate you can apply for the name change. It is similar to RC book name transfer.
