Share certificate signed by the ex-secretary

(Querist) 01 April 2015 This query is : Resolved
In our society, the share certificates were printed and was ready to be distributed with Chairman & one MC members signature, due to dispute secretary didn't sign the certificates and it remained pending to be distributed. New committee was formed with the ex-secretary as one of the committee member. Now she has signed the certificates under the column given for the secretary and started distributing the same. Is this allowed as per bye - laws? if yes please provide the clause no.
