I am resident of jabalpur,mp.my grand father,s first wife expired lelt two sons then my g'father remarried,my grand step mother has 3 sons & 1 daughter all are married
my g'father have expired 10 yrs ago & left no will but he had given some portion of our ancester property to my step uncle before he dies. my queries are :-
1.my step uncles want to divide rest property into 7 equal shares( i.e. 2 sons of died g'mother+ 3 sons & 1 daughter+ our step g'mother total =7 members)
Can my step g'mother & her married daughter get equal shares?
2.my one step uncle wants equal shares in rest property although he had been given some portion of property by my g'father.he does not want to adjust his share.
he has to adjust his share or not?
i am grand son of late g'mother, how i can my property ? pl reply soon & also give any examples of convicted cases similar to my case of mp or other state

All the children of your grand father including married daugthers and u r grand mother(step) have equal share in the property left by your grand father.U r not clear as to how u r grand father conveyed u r uncle a portion during his life time.Though it is ancestral property if is conveyed by u r grandfather to u r uncle his siblings will have right over the same.U r uncle can as well claim the share in the property.If it was partitioned to u r uncle by u r grand father he has no right to claim again.As i mentioned earlier u r not clear as to how u r grand father conveyed the 'portion' to u r uncle the 2nd query cannot be answered properly

2.my one step uncle wants equal shares in rest property although he had been given some portion of property( on non judicial stamp paper stating that as i am old & can not take care of property so i am giving this to my of sons as portion of his property) by my g'father.he does not want to adjust his share.
