A flat owner purchases another flat or adjoins with other portion in same apartment in urban area of Andhra Pradesh, indicate whether such owner has to share for single flat or he/she has to share capital expenditure while major repairs or other works are undertaken by a group of other flat owners and also cite any court orders/judgements in such type of cases

you have purchased another flat in same complex .

in case repairs are carried out you are bound to contribute to repairs depending upon area occupied by you .

Kindly also enlight in case owner after it purchased another flat or adjoins to another flat, whether the monthly maintenance has to be paid for single flat or two flats when it is not in use by an owner of second flat
