If the property is ancestral i.e. it is not partitioned amongst the legal heirs of your grand father then your sisters can create hindrance otherwise, as soon as the property passes in the hand of your father, it became his self acquired property like other self acquired property and your father is absolute owner of the same. she can not create any hindrance in enjoying his rights as a owner of said property, till you father is alive. In case, father died without will, her right as legal heir will revive.

who is the owner of the plot of land?
your father or you?
If your father is the owner of the land, he is quite competent to enter into an Agreement for sale no children shall get any share, if your father died, in that event your sister is entitled to get half share you shall also get and half?
