Respected sir/madam,
How can I share ownership title of my house with my wife,without her presence ???She is residing out due to job out of india...
I am presently the owner of the said house

I myself has the title at the moment.
Want to add wife's name too but she is working abroad.
And the house acquired is on a home loan....documents with the bank

No change in the title (addition of wife's name) can be effected till home loan is paid fully.

Hello,

After availing home loan you cannot transfer property to another name. Bank will not allow you to change the title of the property.
