should the magistrate frame charges or accuse will again file application to give cctv footage

CCTV footage shall form part of prosecution evidence which the public prosecutor has to exhibit by playing it before the court.
Non-playing of the copy of footage supplied to you shall not be any impediment in framing charge(s) and stall proceeding.
You have already engaged / paid an intelligent, able and competent lawyer to defend you, isn't it ? If so, what is his /her opinion and advise ? Why do you need a second opinion and obligation of experts on this platform except the fact it is available FREE OF COST ?
What makes you to repeat same query time and again since you have adequately been obliged, which is, otherwise, ridiculous and absurd?
